Pick-up at one of our Dans un Jardin stores is free for purchases, no minimum required. A period of ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days must be allowed for receipt of your order in store.Delivery times
A period of two business days must be allowed for the processing of orders for items in inventory at our warehouse, to which must be added 3 to 7 business days for delivery by regular service. Dans un Jardin cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier (Canada Post).Return of merchandise purchased on our website (except final sales)
If an item purchased on our website does not suit you, you can return it to us free of charge within 15 days of the shipping date. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned.🎁 Holiday Shopping: Christmas gifts can be redeemed through January 7th.
By mail: follow the 4-step procedure, print the shipping note, affix it to the package and mail it. Upon receipt of the package at our offices, we will refund you according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
In a Dans un Jardin store: upon presentation of your invoice, we will reimburse you using the payment method used when you placed your order. Products must be returned to us in new condition. Products that do not comply with this rule cannot be refunded or exchanged. The delivery costs you paid to receive your order are not refundable.
Specific conditions for final sales (50% and more discounts)
Final sale products cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items cannot be returned, either by mail or in store.
