Terms of Use


Availability of items
All orders are prepared in our warehouse. Items that we have in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours, and those that are not in stock, within 7 to 10 days. If an item is not available, the customer is notified by email and the item is removed and refunded from the order.

Price
All prices listed on the website www.dansunjardin.com are in Canadian dollars. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are extra. The price to be paid for each product is the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Dans un Jardin reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the price of the items advertised on the website.

Taxes
Sales taxes are calculated based on the province where the order will be shipped. For Quebec, for example, the taxes added will be the QST (Quebec sales tax) and the GST (federal goods and services tax).

Payment
Orders placed on www.dansunjardin.com must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or through Paypal. No other payment methods are accepted.

Pick up in store
Instead of having your order delivered, you can pick it up at the Dans un Jardin store of your choice. This option is free, regardless of the amount of the order. You will be notified by phone as soon as your purchases arrive in store. To pick them up, you will need to present an ID.

Return of merchandise purchased in store
Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in-store and within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned to us in new condition. Products that do not comply with these rules cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Price Adjustment Policy
Upon request and upon presentation of the invoice, we can offer a price adjustment on items sold at regular price within 14 days of purchase. Price adjustments are not granted on merchandise purchased on sale (promotions, discounts and coupon codes). No price adjustments are possible during the following events: Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Boxing day, our special events and VIP sales.

Mobile conditions
The Dans un Jardin mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Dans un Jardin (“Dans un Jardin”, “we”, “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By opting in to Dans un Jardin's SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from and on behalf of Dans un Jardin through your wireless service provider to the mobile telephone number you provided, even if your mobile telephone number is registered on a state or federal do not call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing from Dans un Jardin. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to text messages, including fees imposed by your wireless service provider.

You may opt out of the service at any time. To do so, text the STOP command to +18447522422 or click on the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message. You will receive a single unsubscribe confirmation SMS. No other messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you have initiated this. If you have subscribed to other Dans un Jardin mobile messaging programs and wish to opt out, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions provided in their respective terms of use.

We may change the short codes or telephone numbers we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a short code or telephone number that we have changed may not be received and that we will not be required to honor requests made in such messages.

The mobile carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you obtain a new mobile phone number, you will need to register for the Program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failure, delay or misdirection of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.
