1. Create a morning routine

Creating a morning routine allows you to be more in the moment and therefore helps you have a better day.

Everyone defines their routine as they wish, but here are our little tips for a morning wellness routine:
After waking up, you can take advantage of the fact that the rest of the house is still asleep to do a breathing , meditation or cardiac coherence session. This will have an effect on the rest of your day, you will feel calmer, more thoughtful and more relaxed to have a nice day.
